Job Description

You are responsible for market access and build it up within the company.
You interact with the external market access partner (consulting company) and internal stakeholders.
You are jointly responsible for the topics of reimbursement and pricing and lead the AMNOG process.
You build up a highly qualified team around you in order to promote the topic not only nationally, but also internationally.
You continue to develop and maintain a network of KOLs as well as a resilient network of patient organizations and other relevant stakeholders.

You have completed a scientific, commercial or health policy degree, ideally with an MBA.
You have proven professional experience in the field of market access and health policy/economics.
You have experience in the management of AMNOG processes - ideally in a similar setting "from scratch".
Experience in the field of rare diseases or endocrinology is a great advantage.
You have an excellent understanding of the market dynamics in Germany and ideally also on the European stage.
You have very good knowledge of German and English.
