Job Description

Working closely with external stakeholders to leverage digital research expertise and explore opportunities that help improve clinical practice.
Working closely with clinical development and external stakeholders to initiate the use of advanced data analytics for improved patient identification.
Driving digital initiatives to ensure successful healthcare assessment, execution and optimization.
Communication and cross-functional exchange with various internal stakeholders in order to promote initiatives using internal synergies and with clear responsibilities.
Establishment, management and further development of the Medical Excellence & Innovation Team.

Scientific or comparable adequate studies, doctorate desirable.
At least five years of experience in managing employees/organizations in a complex, structured environment, preferably as Field Medical Lead / Medical Affairs Lead.
Ideally 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably medical affairs.
Demonstrable experience with digital innovation through the implementation of new systems in previous positions.
Affinity for new media & technologies.
Fluency in English.
