Job Description
Your Responsibilities:
- Responsibility for the MSL team and participation in shaping the MSL strategy.
- Responsible for the implementation of his core tasks, such as customer development, supervision of study projects and scientific inquiry management.
- Budget responsibility.
- Assessing relevant findings from the field with regard to clinical practice, patient pathways and research developments and deriving corresponding communication and implementation measures in cooperation with local and global teams.
- Prepare and communicate field findings to local and global medical affairs teams.
Your Profile:
- Completed scientific, preferably medical or pharmaceutical, university degree and a high level of medical and scientific competence.
- Experience in leading diverse teams (cultural, geographic, functional) to achieve common goals.
- Very good communication skills, especially in presenting complex scientific issues to various stakeholders.
- Fluency in English.
