1. Protection of your personal data

The protection of your personal data is extremely important to us, Pharma-Hr. We therefore have a great interest in providing you with comprehensive information about the type of data collected and how it is processed and used. To this end, we have established technical and organizational measures to ensure the necessary protection.

Furthermore, we collect, process and use your personal data for the initiation, implementation and termination of an employment relationship, for the processing of services in the context of recruitment, to inform you about our products and services, to get in contact with you or to maintain this contact or to mediate, to implement management interests or to fulfill court or official orders, other legal obligations or to defend or enforce legal claims.

Of course, we respect it if you do not want to give us your personal data to support our customer relationship (in particular for direct marketing or market research purposes). We will not sell or otherwise market your personal data to third parties, except for the purposes permitted or necessary for this in the previous paragraph.

You can visit our site without providing any personal information. Personal data will only be collected by us and only to the extent that you make it available to us yourself with your knowledge. or for the use and disclosure of which you have given your consent or we comply with the required legal or comparable facts. Personal data is only collected or transmitted to state institutions and authorities within the framework of mandatory national legislation.

As part of your registration via the registration form at PHARMA-HR, you will be asked as a candidate (in particular) to enter the following personal data, although we reserve the right to request less information:

7. Transmission to third parties:

We pass on your personal data to third parties within the scope of the respective purpose. This happens e.g. B. to suppliers and service providers, banks and authorities, to service providers and customers in the field of recruitment and to requesting companies and organizations with which we have business relationships.
