Step 1: Hiring Strategy Call

We offer an initial 15-minute strategy call to discuss your specific recruitment needs to see if we are a fit for each other
Step 2: Game Plan

If we are a good fit, we offer a further 30-60 minutes call with the key personnel involved in recruitment within your organization. Here we gain specific insight into your business such as the vacancies you need filling, the ideal candidates, your company culture and KPIs.
Step 3: Candidate Engagement and Qualification
