Our Executive Search Process

Step 1: Hiring Strategy Cal

We offer an initial 15-minute strategy call to discuss your specific recruitment needs to see if we are a fit for each other.

Step 2: Game Plan

If we are a good fit, we offer a further 30-60 minutes call with the key personnel involved in recruitment within your organization. Here we gain specific insight into your business such as the vacancies you need filling, the ideal candidates, your company culture and KPIs.

Step 3: Candidate Engagement and Qualification

We then mobilise our recruitment system. This is a fully automated process that allows us access to the top candidates you are actually looking for. We will engage with potential candidates using our automated system through various mediums over a two-week period.

Step 4: Delivery of Shortlist

We present 2-4 suitable candidates, along with our detailed report on each individual candidate.

Step 5: Interview

Companies may have slightly different procedures on interview processes – we will happily fit in with whatever you decide or guide you through industry best practices.

Step 6: Decision Time

Once you have made your decision, we will assist you in securing your chosen candidate. We will also handle the unsuccessful candidates to ensure a positive experience for all candidates involved.
